Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. They filled it with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Their shop wasn't big or flashy, but their goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked in. They aimed to bring back the art of customer experience and sell high-quality gear they would use and love themselves.

REP Gives Back: Police, Fire & Military

Our respect for those who provide our freedom and security drove our desire to give back. In 2023, we pledged $100,000 to three charities that support military and first responder families. This ensures that our donation goes to those with the greatest need, continuing our tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and community. The charities we donated to are The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and Gary Sinise Foundation.
