Starting out in Longmont, Colorado, brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty established REP in a humble 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Despite its modest beginnings, the brothers' vision was to create a space where customers' eyes would light up upon walking in, bringing back the value of excellent customer experience. They aimed to offer high-quality gear that they would personally purchase, use, and love.

REP Gives Back to the Police, Fire, and Military communities. In 2023, we pledged $100,000 to three reputable charities that support military and first responder families, ensuring our contributions go to those in the greatest need and continuing our tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and community.
