The console on this thing is so straightforward that I figured out the workout programs without digging out the manual. Low-impact was the whole point for my knees, and after a month of daily sessions they haven't complained once.
The frame feels rock-solid under my feet even during intense strides, and the console's large display is crisp enough to read my cadence without squinting mid-workout. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks, and the low-impact motion is exactly what my knees needed after years of running.
The console layout is so intuitive I didn’t need the manual to start a program, and the frame feels rock-solid even during a fast-paced session. I’ve put about ten hours on it this week and it’s handled everything without a single wobble or glitch.
