Alpine™ Weightlifting Bar - 20kg

Picked this up for my garage gym and the 28mm shaft feels way more natural in my hands than the thicker bar I was using before. Whip on cleans is snappy, and the bar spins smooth without any rattle. Two months of daily snatches and it still looks basically new.

The knurling is medium but it’s grippy enough that my hands don’t slip even during heavy cleans. It’s a solid, no-nonsense bar that feels well-balanced on my back for squats too.

The 28mm shaft feels just right in my hands during cleans and snatches, not too thick or thin. I've put in several weeks of heavy sessions and the grip hasn't slipped once.
