The incline adjustment clicks into place solidly at every notch, so I'm not wobbling mid-press like I did with my old bench. Flat position feels just as stable for heavy sets. Only wish the pad were a touch thicker, but for the price it's a great piece of gear.

Switching from flat to incline takes seconds, and the adjustment pins feel rock solid even when I’m loaded up heavy. The padding is firm but not punishing, so my back doesn’t ache after a long set.
