The pins slot in without any wobble, so it feels rock solid even when I'm pushing hard during seated presses. Setup takes about ten seconds, which is exactly what I needed for switching between exercises quickly.

Used it for seated shoulder presses for the first time this morning, and it stayed rock solid through every set. The padding is firm but comfortable enough for longer sessions, and it slides into the rack slots without any fiddling. Exactly what I needed for my 5000 series setup.

The locking pins align perfectly with my rack’s holes, so it’s rock-solid even when I’m pushing heavy seated dumbbell presses. Setup took under a minute the first time.
