The padding sits right where it needs to and doesn't dig in even when I'm leaning into a heavy pull. I’ve used it every session for two weeks now and it’s held up perfectly so far.

The padding sits exactly where it should across my hips, so I can drive hard without it digging in or slipping mid-pull. Hooked it up to the sled for sprints and it held steady the whole session.

Took this out for my first sled session and the harness made the whole pull feel way more natural than the old rope setup I was using. The attachment point sits right where it should, so I didn't have to fight the strap shifting mid-drag. Solid buy for anyone doing regular conditioning work.
