Finally got these installed and they’ve completely changed how confident I feel unracking heavy squats alone. The pins slide smoothly into the uprights and lock solid with zero wobble, even at max load. Exactly the peace of mind I was after for my home setup.

The bolt holes lined up exactly with my rack’s uprights, so the whole setup took under ten minutes. They feel rock-solid under a heavy squat, and the peace of mind during those last grinding reps is worth every penny.

These arms installed perfectly with my existing rack and feel rock solid even during heavy bench presses. The quick-release pin makes swapping them out in seconds.
