Finally got this bolted to my rack and the lat pulldown feels like a commercial gym machine. Love that the low row attachment switches over in seconds, and the selectorized plates give a smooth pull throughout the whole rep range. My back workouts have never felt this solid at home.

The selectorized stack makes switching between pulldowns and rows take about ten seconds, which is huge when I'm supersetting in my garage. The low row footplate is also sturdier than I expected for the price. My back workouts finally feel complete without needing a commercial gym.

The pulldown bar glides so smoothly on those selectorized plates that I actually look forward to back day now. Took about an hour to bolt onto my 5000 series rack, and the low row footplate feels rock solid even at heavy weight.
