ISO Arms

The left and right arms move completely independently, which makes unilateral pressing feel way more natural than I expected. Setup on my 4000-series rack took maybe 15 minutes, and the steel is solid enough that there's zero wobble even under heavy load.

The independent lever movement on each arm makes cable flyes feel totally different from a fixed bar—way more natural on the joints. Bolted them to my existing rack in under an hour and haven't touched a dumbbell for chest day since.

The lever-arm function completely changed how I do pressing and rows—being able to stop and start at any point in the rep is something I didn’t know I needed. Bolted right onto my series 5000 rack without any wobble, and now I’m hitting angles that dumbbells just can’t match.
