The large size gives me plenty of room to double-bag filler and dial in the exact weight without any spillage. They hold up well to being yanked around during carries, and the material feels sturdy enough for repeated use.

The medium size fits my 50lb bag perfectly, and the double-layer fabric keeps the filler from poking through even after a few hard slams on the ground. Loading them up with pea gravel took less than a minute each, and the weight distribution feels much more balanced than loose fill.

Honestly didn't expect these to hold up so well since they're just liners, but the Large size still left plenty of room to stuff extra filler for heavier days. The double stitching along the seams feels solid even when I'm dumping them around mid-workout.
