I was skeptical about spending this much on a belt, but the stiffness gives me real confidence under the bar on squats, and it doesn't dig into my ribs at all. The premium leather feels substantial and should last years.
The leather’s stiffness broke in faster than I expected, and once it molded to my hips it felt like it was built for my frame. I’ve hit a few heavy singles on deadlifts and the buckle hasn’t budged once—solid stability from the first rep to the last.
The 13mm leather is thick enough to give real support during heavy squats without digging into my ribs. Was a bit stiff out of the box, but it broke in nicely after a week of use.
