Wore these for a leg day and forgot I had them on, the compression is snug without pinching anywhere. The lightweight fabric actually breathes, which I didn't expect from tights. Solid buy for lifting.
I was worried the lightweight fabric would feel flimsy, but these compression tights stay snug through squats and lunges without any bunching behind the knee. The compression is light enough that I forget I'm wearing them until my legs actually feel less sore the next day.
Wore these for a full leg day and barely noticed them under my shorts, which is exactly what I wanted. The lightweight fabric breathes way better than the thicker pair I used to own, and the snug fit keeps everything supported without cutting in at the waist.
