Took me a couple of tries to get the bands hooked just right, but once they’re on, the anchor feels rock-solid—no slipping even during heavy pulls. The pegs sit flush against the rack posts, so they don’t get in the way of my other attachments.
These little pegs fit perfectly into the gap on my guitar's headstock, keeping the strings neatly out of the way during restringing. The rubberized grip is surprisingly firm, so they don't slip out. It's a small upgrade that makes a tedious job noticeably faster.
The install took under five minutes and they grip the rack uprights firmly enough that my bands don't slip mid-set. Only gripe is the knurling is a bit aggressive on bare hands when you're adjusting them between exercises.
