Finally got these set up on my rack and they hold the bands rock solid during pull-ups – no wobble or shifting mid-set. The pins feel thick and well-seated in the holes, so I don't worry about them popping out under load.
The welds are clean and the pins slide into the rack holes without any wobble, which is exactly what you want when you're loading up heavy bands. I've been using them for banded presses every session this week and they haven't budged an inch.
Took me ten minutes to mount them, and the bands stay locked exactly where I set them during heavy pull-ups. The solid steel construction feels like it'll outlast my rack.
