The surface is rock-solid when locked in, so I never worry about the bench shifting mid-set. Setting it up took less than a minute, and it’s honestly made heavy pressing feel a lot safer for solo workouts.
The locking pins slide in with a satisfying click and the whole platform feels rock-solid under my feet during heavy presses. Setup takes maybe ten seconds, and it's completely changed how comfortable I am lifting alone on the adjustable bench.
Finally, a spotter platform that doesn't wobble when I'm pressing heavy—the rubber feet grip the floor really well. The adjustable height clicks into place solidly, which is exactly what I needed for my home gym.
