Selectorized Lat Pulldown and Low Row (1000 Series)

The transition from lat pulldowns to low rows is seamless since both stations share the same cable, so I’m not constantly re-rigging anything. It attaches to my 1000 Series rack in about ten minutes and feels rock-solid even at heavy weight. Exactly what I needed to save floor space in my garage gym

Took a chance attaching this to my 1000 Series rack and it’s held up through heavy use. The low row pad is surprisingly comfortable and the selectorized stack makes switching between exercises effortless. Knocked off one star because the pulley cable feels a bit stiff for the first few sessions, but

Swapped out my old cable machine for this one, and the smoothness of the low row is much better for back days at home. Only reason it's not a 5 is the seat could slide a bit more smoothly on the track, but it's still solid for the price.
