My cable attachments swap out in seconds, which makes switching between triceps pushdowns and lat work feel seamless. The rack attachments feel solid enough that I'm not worried about them bending under heavy load. This bundle honestly covers everything my home setup was missing.

Been using this kit for two weeks on the track, and the brake pads bite much harder from cold than my old ones ever did. The cooling ducts also trimmed my lap times by 0.3 seconds consistently, which feels like a cheat code.

The rack attachments feel solidly built and click into place with a satisfying thud, which makes swapping between exercises in my home gym pretty seamless. Only wish the bundle included a couple more nylon straps for the price, but the included pieces cover the basics well.
