FB-5000 Competition Flat Bench

I went with the Wide pad for bench pressing and my shoulders finally feel locked in instead of sliding around. The frame is rock solid even with heavy triples, zero wobble. Red looks sharp in my garage gym too.

The pad width option made all the difference for my shoulders—went with the wide version and it’s rock solid during heavy presses. Frame doesn’t budge even at 315, and the red finish looks sharp in my garage. This is the last bench I’ll need to buy.

I was hesitant about another flat bench, but the pad width choice made all the difference — the wide option finally supports my shoulders during heavy presses. Even with daily use, it hasn’t budged or wobbled once, and the white finish still looks clean after a month of chalk and sweat.
