ดัมเบลรุ่น Ergo Hex

The hex shape really does keep them from rolling when I set them down between sets, which was my main annoyance with my old round ones. Knurling on the handle is grippy without shredding my palms, and the heads feel solidly welded, no rattle after a couple months of daily use.

I was skeptical about hex dumbbells hurting my wrists during presses, but these feel surprisingly balanced in my grip. The non-rolling design is a relief during floor workouts, and the pair set covers most of my weekly routine without taking up much rack space.

The hex shape is a game-changer for my home workouts—no more chasing rolling weights across the garage floor between sets. I can stack them neatly on the rack too, which keeps my space tidy.
