Dip-station

Finally, a dip station that feels rock solid on my 4000 series rack—the pins lock in with zero wobble, even during explosive reps. It's turned my pull-up days into a full upper-body session without taking up floor space.

The mounting pins slide into my rack’s uprights without any wobble, and the knurled handles give a solid grip even with sweaty palms. I’ve used it every other day for a month and it still feels as sturdy as day one.

Finally stopped kicking my feet on the mat doing dips off my bench – this attachment locks into the rack solidly and the grip width feels just right for me. The knurling gives enough traction that my hands don't slip even after a sweaty set.
