Finally grabbed this after using the rubber-coated ones at the gym, and the difference is night and day. The neutral grip feels locked-in for rows, and the angle sits naturally so my wrists never feel forced. Good purchase for any cable station.

The knurling on this handle gives a solid grip even when my palms get sweaty mid-workout, and the neutral angle feels way more comfortable on my elbows than a straight bar. Swapped it onto my cable machine for rows and it's become my go-to attachment.

Finally, a triangle row attachment that doesn't feel like it'll snap mid-set—the knurling is aggressive enough for a solid grip without tearing up my hands. The 45-degree angle on the handles lets me hit my lats from a much better position than my old straight bar. Totally worth the upgrade.
