O Giz Líquido da REP Fitness ajuda a melhorar a aderência durante o treino de halterofilismo, ginástica e strongman. Está disponível em dois tamanhos práticos.
Lasted me three months of daily sessions and the 250ml size is honestly the sweet spot for anyone training multiple times a week. The grip holds up through deadlifts and pull-ups without being sticky or leaving residue on the bar.
The 50ml bottle is perfect for my gym bag, and one application keeps my palms dry through an entire deadlift session. The chalk dries fast and doesn't leave that sticky residue I've had with other liquids.
The 50ml bottle fits perfectly in my gym bag, and a couple drops coat my hands for the whole deadlift session. Even after a sweaty hour, my grip didn't slip once on the bar.
