Bought this for my stretching routine and it doesn't slide around at all on my hardwood floor, which was my biggest worry. The surface gives just enough cushion for floor exercises without feeling too squishy.

It’s thick enough to stop my knees from aching during floor work, and the grip keeps it from sliding on hardwood even mid-sweat. Rolled it out for stretching and a few core circuits this morning and it held up perfectly. Great value for the price.

Since I use it for both stretching and as a floor protector under my dumbbells, the fact that it stays put without curling at the edges has been a pleasant surprise. It's thick enough to cushion my knees during mobility work but still folds up flat when I need to put it away.
