Cork Massage Ball Set

The cork surface is firm enough to really dig into tight spots but doesn’t feel harsh against my back like some plastic balls do. I’ve been using it on my glutes before workouts and the grip holds up well even with sweaty hands.

The cork surface gives just enough grip without sticking to my skin, and it’s firm enough to really dig into a knot without feeling like a rock. I keep one on the floor by my desk and roll out my shoulders during breaks — it’s become part of my daily routine.
