Competition Gymnastic Straps and Wood Rings

The wood rings have almost no flex even when I'm doing full ring dips, which is exactly what I wanted. Straps feel thick and solid too, no fraying after a month of daily rows and holds.

The buckles on these straps adjust smoothly and hold tight through every kip and swing, which is a relief since I've had cheaper sets slip mid-workout. The wood rings feel solid and the strap length gives me plenty of room for both high rows and deep dips without re-rigging.

The wood rings have just the right grip for me—not too slick during ring dips, and the straps feel sturdy enough to trust with my full bodyweight on rows. Setup took a minute to adjust to my ceiling height, but once they were hung, everything felt solid and smooth.
