Adonis™ - Cable Tower with Rack Attachment

Bolting this onto my existing rack saved me from buying a whole separate functional trainer, and honestly the build feels sturdier than I expected for the price. Cable changes take a few seconds and the rack attachment doesn't wobble even on heavier lat pulldowns.

Attaching this to my rack took about 20 minutes, and the attachment point feels rock solid once it's cinched down. The pulleys glide smoothly enough that I forget it’s bolted to my rack mid-set, though the cables do require a few pulls to find their natural tension. Attachment points feel solid, and swapping between exercises takes seconds.
