Brothers Ryan and Shane McGrotty started the company in Longmont, Colorado, operating out of a small 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Despite the modest setup, their goal was clear: to create a space where customers' eyes would light up when they walked in, bringing back the lost art of customer experience. The brothers were dedicated to offering high-quality gear that they themselves would use and love.

One of the core values of REP Fitness is giving back to those who serve our communities and nation. In 2023, we pledged $100,000 to three charities dedicated to supporting military and first responders' families. These charities include The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
