Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Their goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space and to bring back the art of customer experience. They also wanted to sell high-quality gear they would buy, use, and love themselves.

REP Fitness gives back by pledging $100,000 to three charities that help military and first responder's families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation. We believe in honoring those who serve our nation and community.
