Finally got this bar for my functional trainer and it’s been a game-changer for lat pulldowns and rows—the attachment clicks in solidly with zero wobble, even on heavy sets. I’ve used it every other day for two weeks and the knurling still feels fresh, not worn down at all.

The mounting hardware feels rock-solid in the cable attachment—zero wobble even during heavy rows. I've used it with both the functional trainer and the rack setup, and the grip stays locked in place throughout the whole set.
