AB-5200 Bench Spotter Platform

The magnetic safety strap clicks into place with a satisfying thud, and the platform itself feels rock-solid under my feet mid-lift. It’s exactly the kind of stable surface I needed for heavy bench work without a spotter around.

Took me five minutes to figure out the locking mechanism, but once it's engaged, the platform sits flush with the bench and gives me real peace of mind when pushing heavy sets alone. It's clearly built to match the bench's footprint exactly, which makes a huge difference during rack pulls.

The surface is rock-solid when locked in, so I never worry about the bench shifting mid-set. Setting it up took less than a minute, and it’s honestly made heavy pressing feel a lot safer for solo workouts.
