Selectorized Lat Pulldown & Low Row (4000/5000-serie)

The selectorized stack feels buttery smooth on both the pulldown and low row, and swapping between the two takes seconds once you get the hang of the pin. Bolted it to my 5000 series rack and the whole setup is rock solid for heavy sets.

Finally got this bolted to my rack and the lat pulldown feels like a commercial gym machine. Love that the low row attachment switches over in seconds, and the selectorized plates give a smooth pull throughout the whole rep range. My back workouts have never felt this solid at home.

The selectorized stack makes switching between pulldowns and rows take about ten seconds, which is huge when I'm supersetting in my garage. The low row footplate is also sturdier than I expected for the price. My back workouts finally feel complete without needing a commercial gym.
