De REP Fitness Open Row is een kabelbevestiging ontworpen voor het uitvoeren van roeioefeningen met kabelsystemen en functionele trainers.
The locking mechanism clicks in tight on my 4000 series rack, and the swivel feels smooth even under heavy load. Rows finally feel stable without the attachment wobbling around mid-set.
Finally a cable row attachment that doesn't fight me mid-set—the handles feel solid and the rotation is smooth enough to keep tension the whole time. It clicks into my functional trainer without any wobble, which is more than I can say for my old straight bar.
I’ve been doing cable rows twice a week for a month now and the attachment stays locked onto my functional trainer the entire workout, no slipping even on heavy sets. The grip feels solid and the range of motion is smooth, which is exactly what I needed for lat and mid-back work.
