The REP Fitness Drop-In Dip Attachment is designed for use with REP Fitness 4000 and 5000 series power racks. It provides a stable platform for performing bodyweight dips as part of your upper body training.
I was nervous about wobble with a dip attachment, but this thing locks into the 5000 series uprights so solidly that it feels like part of the rack. The wide grip pads give my shoulders plenty of room, and even at 200 lbs it doesn’t shift a millimeter during a set.
The drop-in design locks into the rack’s uprights with zero wobble, so I can hammer out three sets of dips without the whole thing shifting underneath me. Fits my 5000 series perfectly and takes about two minutes to swap in.
Dips on my rack finally feel solid instead of wobbling around, and the whole thing locks into place with zero play once you cinch it down. I was worried about compatibility with my 5000 series but it slid right onto the uprights without any shimmying.
