Bolted this onto my rack expecting a compromise, but the cable feel is legit—smooth through the full range on lat pulldowns and face pulls. It turned my setup into a real cable station without taking up another inch of floor space.
The pulleys glide so smoothly that I actually look forward to leg day now, which never happened with my old free-weight setup. It locks into the 4-post rack solidly with zero wobble even during explosive movements.
