I’ve had mine for about three weeks and the three different heights are perfect for working my way up gradually. The firm foam gives just enough give on landings, so my knees feel way less beat up after a session.
The soft landing surface makes box jumps feel way less intimidating, and switching between the three heights is effortless mid-workout. I've already used it for step-ups and lateral hops, and it holds up perfectly on my garage floor without sliding around.
Rotating through three heights means I can switch from box jumps to step-ups without ever moving the thing, and the soft top actually makes me less scared to fail a rep. Landings feel cushioned but stable enough that I don't wobble. My knees are thanking me after every session.
