I've been using this mat for both yoga flows and post-workout stretching, and the surface stays grippy even when my hands get sweaty. It's thin enough to feel stable on the floor but still cushioned enough for my knees during kneeling poses. Exactly what I needed for daily mobility work.
Finally a mat that holds up during my daily mobility sessions without sliding around or leaving marks on the floor. The surface has just the right amount of grip, and it's thick enough that my knees don't complain on hard tile.
The mat is a bit thinner than my old one, but the non-slip texture on the surface is surprisingly good for hot yoga. It stays put even when I sweat, so that trade-off was worth it.
