Installed it on my 5000 Series squat stand in under two minutes, and the fit is absolutely flush—no wobble even with heavy rack pulls. The way it locks into the uprights feels rock solid, exactly what you want when you're swinging a weighted pull-up.
It does the job of connecting two bars, but the locking mechanism feels a little flimsy for heavy use. It took some fiddling to get it to fit snugly, but once in place it stayed secure.
