The cork side grips the floor so well that I don’t even need a towel during sweaty flows, and the texture feels pleasantly grippy under my palms. It’s held up through daily use without any peeling or wear, which is exactly what I hoped for.
I’ve had this mat for a month now and it’s held up through daily bodyweight circuits without any peeling or wear on the surface. The thickness is just right for joint support during floor work, yet it stays stable even when I’m sweating through a hard session.
The cork surface gives just enough grip even when my palms start sweating during vinyasa flow, and it's held up great after three months of near-daily use. I grabbed this for mobility work between lifting sessions and it's become my go-to for everything from stretching to core circuits.
