Started lifting again after a decade off, and these plates slide onto the bar with zero wobble—the USA-made iron feels solid and the weight increments let me build up slowly. Delivery was quick and the pair arrived well-packed, no chips or rough edges anywhere.
The holes are machined so cleanly that loading and unloading them from the bar is totally smooth, no snagging or wobble. They’ve got a nice solid weight to them that feels reassuring during deadlifts, and knowing they’re made here is a bonus.
The knurled hand grips on these plates make loading and unloading the bar noticeably easier, even when my hands are sweaty mid-workout. The machined edges are clean with no sharp burrs, and the pair arrived well-packaged with no chips. Solid buy for the price.
