The urethane coating really does keep things quiet, which my downstairs neighbors appreciate during early morning deadlifts. The kilo markings are easy to read at a glance, so loading the bar goes faster.

Dropped a 10 kg plate on the garage floor by accident and it barely made a sound — that urethane coat really does absorb the impact. The kg markings are crisp and easy to read even in dim lighting, which I appreciate mid-workout. These feel solid enough to last years of heavy deadlifts.

The kg markings are crisp and easy to read mid-workout, and these plates slide onto the bar much smoother than my old iron ones. They’ve taken a beating from deadlifts and still look brand new with zero chipping.
