The velcro closure holds snug without digging into my shin, and the swivel clip makes switching between cable exercises effortless. I've used it for kickbacks and hip abductions three times a week for a month now, and it still feels as solid as day one.

The little lobster clasp on this ankle cuff is surprisingly sturdy and hasn't snagged on anything yet, which is a relief since I wear it almost daily. It catches the light just enough without being too flashy.

Clips onto the cable machine in seconds and stays put even during heavier kickbacks, which is the main thing I needed. Only gripe is the velcro tab is a bit long and flaps when I walk between sets, but it’s a solid little attachment for the price.
