I've been lifting on these for a few months and the weight consistency is dead on — every 45 lb plate matches to the ounce. The pound increments are a nice change if your gym programs in lbs instead of kilos.
The machined edges on these plates are so clean they slide onto the bar without any of that annoying sticking, and the color coding makes grabbing the right weight mid-workout effortless. I've dropped them from overhead plenty of times and the consistent diameter means they still land perfectly flat
The bounce is so dead on these that I actually feel safe dropping from the hip on every snatch rep. The fit is snug on the sleeve without any wobble, and the paint has held up through a month of chalky, sweaty sessions without chipping.
