Genggaman Cannonball

The 3-inch pair locks into my rack’s uprights with zero wobble, even during heavy pull-apart sets. They’re quick to swap between exercises, which keeps my workouts moving. Exactly what I needed for home gym versatility.

I sized up to the 5-inch pair and the extra surface area really spreads the load across my palms during heavy rows. They slide onto the rack bar in seconds and stay put through my whole workout, no readjusting mid-set.

The strap option was a game-changer for me—way easier to swap between exercises than I expected. The 3-inch size gives just enough grip for pull-ups without feeling bulky. Solid buy for the home setup.
