Barbel Swiss Melengkung

Flat bar bench was wrecking my wrists, so the neutral grip on this thing was an instant fix. The 35mm shaft feels thick and solid in my hands, and the camber really lets me sink into a deeper stretch at the bottom. Been pressing with it twice a week for a month now and my elbows feel way better.

My shoulders have been bothering me with straight bar presses, and this cambered bar lets me grip neutral without the elbow pain. The 35mm shaft feels noticeably more stable in my palms than my old straight bar, and the camber gives just enough room to keep my shoulders happy on presses. At a true 45 lbs it balances nicely loaded or empty, so I’ve been leaving it on the rack between sessions.
