Assembly took me about two hours solo, but once it was up the resistance stays consistent through the whole range on lat pulldowns and rows. The Black finish wipes down easy and it doesn't wobble even when I'm pulling heavy.

The cable movement is buttery smooth even at low weights, which makes controlled flys and triceps pushdowns feel like a commercial gym session. I’ve had mine in white for three weeks and it’s solid as a rock through every rep—zero wobble or rattling.

The assembly took an afternoon, but the white finish looks sharp in my garage and the pulleys are quiet enough that I don’t wake the kids. I’ve swapped between press-downs and low rows without any cable snag, and the frame never shifts even when I’m pushing hard.
