Selectorized Lat Pulldown and Low Row (1000 Series)

The transition from lat pulldowns to low rows is seamless since both stations share the same cable, so I’m not constantly re-rigging anything. It attaches to my 1000 Series rack in about ten minutes and feels rock-solid even at heavy weight. Exactly what I needed to save floor space in my garage gym

Swapped out my old cable machine for this one, and the smoothness of the low row is much better for back days at home. Only reason it's not a 5 is the seat could slide a bit more smoothly on the track, but it's still solid for the price.

The pulldown bar and low row pad both work fine once you're set up, but the compact design means you're constantly adjusting the seat between exercises. Takes a few minutes to swap over, which kills the flow if you're trying to superset. Decent for the price if you've got limited space.
