Used them for a full mobility session this morning and the grip held steady even when I got sweaty. The multiple resistance levels mean I can go from light stretching to heavier glute work without switching bands.

The bands are my go-to for warm-ups now, and the multiple resistance levels mean I can actually progress without buying a whole new set. The material feels sturdy and holds its shape even after a sweaty session, which is more than I can say for my old rubber ones.

The set covers five resistance levels, so I can start with the lightest for my warm-up and work up without switching products. The bands feel durable and grip well during mobility drills, though I’m curious how long the non-latex material holds up.
