My carpal tunnel flares up every time I sling a mat over my shoulder, but this strap’s simple design distributes the weight evenly enough that I barely notice the walk to class. The buckle holds snugly, and it takes me ten seconds flat to cinch it around my mat.
I was honestly surprised how much easier this strap makes hauling my mat to the gym—it just loops around and holds tight with the buckle. The extra bit of padding on the shoulder area is a nice touch that I didn't expect at this price.
The buckle cinches down snugly on my standard mat and the strap doesn’t slip even after a sweaty session. I sling it over my shoulder and it stays put through the walk to the studio; best few bucks I’ve spent on gear this year.
