The handles are rugged enough that I can swing this thing around without worrying about it tearing, and the fill stays put even during heavy carries. I grabbed one of the color options to match my gym, which was a nice touch.

The handles give me a solid grip even when my hands are sweaty mid-workout, and the color options make it easy to grab the right weight at a glance. I’ve been using mine for about six weeks now and it’s become my go-to for carries and rotational slams.

The seams have held up through three months of heavy carries and tosses, and the multiple handle placements make it easy to switch grips mid-set. The sand shifts just enough to keep you unstable without feeling like it's going to burst open.
